Diversity & Inclusion
Nordic Capital encourage diversity and equal opportunities and we are actively working to increase our gender diversity. Today, we have reached a share of 44 % female professionals (as of 2023). We have an internship programme to attract young talents and initiated a mandatory Diversity and Inclusion training for all employees at Nordic Capital. We are a proud sponsor of Level 20, a non-profit organisation dedicated to improving gender diversity in the European private equity industry and engaging in mentoring programmes. We are also continuing to focus on a broader diversity agenda during 2024-2025.
